We started MyPerchi because the phone on the desk was winning. Focus apps live inside the thing they are meant to protect you from, desk pets perform instead of helping, and number displays only show numbers. We wanted a small creature that is on your side: it holds your phone, starts a focus block when you put it down, and celebrates the wins that actually happened in your day.
Every omission is a decision. No microphone, no camera and no speaker, so it is calm enough to sit next to for 8 hours and there is nothing to spy with. No battery, so it is never on 3 percent. No AI, because a face that reacts to real events is more honest than one that pretends to talk. No subscription, because a desk object should not come with a monthly bill.
Perchi Matrix came from the same desk: we wanted sales, builds and subscriber counts in a box we owned, on our own network, without another tab or another plan. Both devices run Perchi OS, share one dashboard, and are designed so that a shutdown on our side cannot brick them.
We build in small batches in Bengaluru and bench-test every unit before it leaves. If a date moves, you hear it from us first, with the reason. If anything on this site is unclear, write to hello@myperchi.com; we read everything.
