Do I pay now?

No payment today. We email a checkout link when your unit is bench-tested; current estimated wait 2 to 3 weeks from the day you reserve. Cancel any time before then. A reservation is a place in the queue, not an order; nothing is charged until you open the checkout link we email you.

What is a batch, and which one am I in?

We build in small numbered batches. Batch 1 is fully reserved: we received enough reservations to fill it, and it is in production. New reservations join Batch 2, estimated 2 to 3 weeks from the day you reserve, shipped in the order reservations were received. Old batches stay listed on the reserve page so you can see how the queue has moved.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, any time, by replying to your confirmation email or writing to hello@myperchi.com; nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund. Once checkout opens and you have paid, you can still cancel for a full refund any time before your unit is dispatched.

Is there COD for pre-orders?

No. Pre-orders are prepaid only, by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay when your checkout link arrives, because every unit is built and bench-tested to order. Cash on delivery is considered only once units are in stock, and only for serviceable pincodes.

Can I pay with UPI when checkout opens?

Yes. UPI is the first option at checkout, alongside cards, net banking and EMI on select cards (bank minimums apply). There is no extra charge for paying by UPI.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, with every Indian order. Reply to the ready email with your GSTIN (or add it on the reservation form once that field is live) and it goes on the invoice, together with the unit's serial number, so a business can claim input credit and a warranty claim has everything it needs.

How many can I reserve?

Up to 4 units of one product per reservation (Perchi ₹2,999, Perchi for two ₹5,499 or Perchi Matrix ₹4,499); reserve again for a second product, or for a classroom, a team or a studio write to hello@myperchi.com and we will set it up by hand.

Can I change my product or quantity later?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with the change and we update the reservation and keep your place in the queue. Changing from Perchi to Perchi for two, or adding a Perchi Matrix, is common.

Do you ship outside India?

International shipping opens with the global batch. Reserve with your country and email and we tell you first, and confirm the price and shipping in your currency by email before anything is charged. Until then every reservation from outside India joins the global waitlist.
