How can I pay?
Through Razorpay, when your checkout link arrives: UPI first, then cards, net banking and EMI on select cards. Every pre-order is prepaid; there is no cash on delivery.

We have received enough reservations to fill Batch 1. New reservations join Batch 2, with an estimated wait of 2 to 3 weeks from the day you reserve, shipped in the order received. Every unit is bench-tested in Bengaluru, India before it leaves.

We build in small batches in Bengaluru, India and every unit is bench-tested before it leaves. Old batches stay listed so you can see how the queue has moved. Units go out in the order reservations were received: Batch 2 - estimated 2 to 3 weeks, no payment today. If a date moves, we email the new window and the reason before it moves.

The MRP inclusive of all taxes is the Legal Metrology declaration printed on every box; the launch price is what you pay today. These are the declarations for each product.

Pricing questions
Is the Perchi price inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every rupee price on this site includes GST: Perchi is ₹2,999, Perchi for two ₹5,499 and Perchi Matrix 24x8 ₹4,499, and the GST invoice with your unit's serial number comes with every Indian order. Nothing is added at checkout. Outside India, the price, shipping and duties are confirmed in your currency by email when international shipping opens.
Is there EMI on Perchi?
On select cards, offered at checkout through Razorpay when your checkout link arrives, subject to each bank's minimum transaction amount; the ₹5,499 pair clears more banks' minimums than a single Perchi. The monthly amount and any interest are shown before you pay. There is no EMI on a reservation itself; nothing is charged until your checkout link arrives.
Will the Perchi price go up?
Yes, to the MRP printed on the box once the launch price ends: ₹3,499 for Perchi and ₹4,999 for Perchi Matrix 24x8, with Perchi for two following the single-unit price. The launch price is honoured until 31 December 2026; if that date moves, this page says so first.
Is there a student discount?
Not at launch. Everyone pays the same launch price, and the only saving is the pair: Perchi for two at ₹5,499 is ₹499 less than two Perchis at the current price. If a student or classroom programme opens later, it is announced on the changelog and on this page before anywhere else.
Do you charge for the dashboard or apps?
No. The dashboard, the whole app library, firmware updates and the local API are included with the device, and neither device needs a subscription to do what it does on the day you buy it. Optional plans exist only for studios and teams running many displays in one workspace; they raise workspace limits, never what a single device can do.
Is Perchi for two cheaper than two Perchis?
Yes: ₹5,499 against ₹5,998 for two Perchis at the current price, a saving of ₹499, with the same 12-month warranty on each unit and both in the Classic shell. The saving is computed against what two separate Perchis cost today, so it stays true whenever prices change.
What is the MRP on the box?
₹3,499 for Perchi and ₹4,999 for Perchi Matrix 24x8, inclusive of all taxes, as the Legal Metrology declaration printed on every box. Perchi for two ships as two boxes, each carrying the ₹3,499 MRP. The launch price you pay today is lower than the MRP; the declarations block on this page lists the MRP, net quantity, place of assembly and customer-care contact for each product.
