Hours
Can I message you on WhatsApp or by phone?
Email first for now. Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, and every message is read and answered by a person on the team.
A WhatsApp number for support is published on this page before checkout opens. Dispatch and tracking updates already arrive on WhatsApp through our courier partner if you gave us a WhatsApp number on the reservation form.
Phone
A support line is published on this page before checkout opens. Until then email reaches the same people, with the advantage that your serial number and a photo travel with the question.
Faster answers
What should a support email include?
Five things, and most problems are solved in the first reply.
- 01The serial number. MXP- for Perchi, MXW- for Perchi Matrix. It is printed on the box and shown on the device page in the dashboard. It lets us trace the unit to its batch and bench test.
- 02What you see. The exact text on the LEDs (PAIR, NO WIFI, SAFE MODE, NO SERVER) or what Perchi's face is doing, and the status badge on the device page (Online, Offline, Online with an error, Updating).
- 03What you tried. Restarted, changed Wi-Fi, held the button, re-paired. It saves a round of email.
- 04Your browser and phone. Bluetooth pairing needs Chrome, Edge or Brave on a desktop or Chrome on Android; an iPhone uses Wi-Fi plus a code. Telling us which you used points straight at the fix.
- 05A photo, for anything physical. A cracked shell, a dark panel row, a damaged box. For a dead-on-arrival claim the photo and the serial are all we need.
The support page covers pairing, safe mode, updates and the ten most common fixes before you write.

Questions about reaching us
What should I include in a support email?
Your serial number (MXP- for Perchi, MXW- for Perchi Matrix; on the box and on the device page in the dashboard), what the screen or the LEDs show, the status badge on the device page, the browser you are using, and a photo if something looks wrong. If the question is about a reservation, the email address you reserved with is enough.
How fast do you reply?
During Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST; reply-time targets are published once we have measured them. Emails sent outside those hours are read on the next working day. Complaints to the grievance officer are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, which is the legal minimum, and usually much sooner.
Can I call or visit MyPerchi?
Not yet by phone: a support line and a WhatsApp number are published before checkout opens, and email is the fastest route until then. The registered office is an office, not a showroom, so there is nothing to see in person; every unit is bench-tested in Bengaluru, India before it ships.
How do I file a complaint with the grievance officer?
Email grievance@myperchi.com with your order or reservation email address, what happened and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require. The officer's name is published on this page before checkout opens.
Do you answer questions before I reserve?
Yes, and we prefer it. Write to hello@myperchi.com with what you are trying to do (a study desk, a shared office, a creator counter, a Home Assistant setup) and we tell you honestly whether Perchi or Perchi Matrix fits, what is not built yet, and what the current wait is.
Where do bug reports and feature requests go?
To support@myperchi.com. A bug report with the serial number and the steps to reproduce gets a reply and, when it is our fault, a fix in a signed firmware or dashboard update; the changelog lists every change, dated.
Delivery questions are answered on the Shipping Policy, refunds on Cancellation and Refunds, coverage on the Warranty page, and everything else in the FAQ.
